SARAH FLETCHER

PRODUCT DESIGN

From early-stage ideas to clinic-ready prototypes, Sarah contributes to our product design and development efforts, clinical evaluation activities, and shepherds concepts into engineering reality. She brings a rare hybrid background to the team, blending molecular biology with design engineering to work comfortably at the intersection of science, creativity, and social impact.

Sarah has a Master of Arts in Design Engineering from the joint program at Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from University of California, Berkeley. With a particular passion for women’s health, she is driven by thoughtful problem framing and hands-on iteration. When not designing, Sarah can be found pulling espresso shots, perfecting a 3D print, or doing both in rapid succession.
